Jack Wakefield

Mr. Jack Doyle Wakefield age 75 of Martin passed away Saturday June 18, 2016 at Pruitt Health of Toccoa.

A son of the late Thomas J. and Ethel Bridges Wakefield, he was born on February 4, 1941 inGreenville, South Carolina having lived most of his life in Stephens County. A veteran of the United State Army and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include a brother John Calvin Wakefield of Pickens, South Carolina and two sisters Ruth Hester of Toccoa and Alice Lopper of Easley, South Carolina.

Memorial services will be on June 21, 2016 at 2 P.M. at the Graveside of Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Reverend Mitchell Looper officiating.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home from 1 P.M. til service time on Tuesday.

Flowers are optional and memorials can be made to the ones choice in memory of Mr. Jack Doyle Wakefield.
