Janet Renee O’Meara

Janet Renee O’Meara, age 54 of Dacula, GA died suddenly on Sunday June 26, 2016. The family will receive friends Thursday June 30, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held Friday July 1, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church. Rev. Mark Westmoreland will officiate. The body will lie in state at the church from noon until 1:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the ASPCA at www.aspca.org as Janet loved pets.  She is survived by her husband, Tom O’Meara, Dacula, mother Sue Lind, Oregon, father Jack Lind and wife Cynthia Lind, Michigan, brother Jeff Lind and wife Meredith Lind, Oregon, mother in law and father in law Tom O’Meara Sr. and Judy O’Meara, Michigan.  She was preceded in death by her mother in law, Frances O’Meara.  Janet was born in Martinez, CA and grew up in Michigan.  She has lived in the Atlanta area for the past 22 years.  She attended 12Stone Church and was employed as an occupational therapist with Amedisys and Northeast Georgia Medical Center.  The funeral home is Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel, 770.945.6924.  Share memories of Janet at www.HamiltonMillChapel.com.
