Patricia Ann Adams Smith

Mrs. Patricia Ann Adams Smith, age 68 of 84 Shawnee Drive, Martin, Georgia passed away Monday, July 11, 2016 at her residence.

A daughter of the late Thomas L. and Mary Parker Adams, she was born November 7, 1947 in Dade County, Florida having lived most of her life in Georgia and the last 30 years in Martin.  She was a Certified Nursing Assistant.  She was preceded in death by a son, Adam Smith.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Conrad and Claudia Smith of Martin, Georgia; two granddaughters, Jessica Smith and Emily Smith both of Toccoa.

Graveside services will be Thursday, July 14, 2016, 12 Noon at Stephens Memorial Gardens with Mr. Conrad Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time to leave for the service.  Online condolences can be made at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will be in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Patricia Ann Adams Smith.
