Obituary Date: Friday, July 15, 2016

Mrs. Aldine Komitsky, of Gainesville, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Monday, July 18, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Paul Evans will be officiating the service. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Komitsky was born July 19, 1925 in Hyannis, Massachusetts to the late George and Genevieve Cardinal Forant. She was retired as an Administrative Assistant for GTE, and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Gainesville. Mrs. Komitsky enjoyed playing the piano and had played for many years and several churches across the state of Texas. Mrs. Komitsky was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Andrew Komitsky.

Mrs. Komitsky is survived by her Children, Betty Cantrell of Gainesville, Sam Milan of Gainesville, Thomas & Kim Milan of Orlando, Florida; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Sisters Dorothy Ciriello of Hayden Alabama and GeorgeAnna Brown of Walpole, Massachusetts, along with other family and friends.
