Dorothy Ridings Bedsole

Mrs. Dorothy Ridings Bedsole, age 86 of 281 Ed Davis Boulevard, Toccoa passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 at St. Mary’s Hospice, Watkinsville, Georgia.

A daughter of the late Clyde and Annie Lee Harpe Ridings, she was born March 21, 1930 in Ball Ground, Georgia having lived most of her life in Tococa.  She was a homemaker and a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnie Bedsole in 2010.

Survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Dean Bedsole of Auburn, Georgia and Steve and Lola Bedsole of Jefferson, Georgia; granddaughter, Danielle Bedsole; sister, Florence Andrews of Jacksonville, Florida.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 31, 2016, 2 O’clock PM in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Jerry Stowe and The Reverend Andy Childs officiating.
