Francis X. “Frank” Swietlik, III, age 58 of Buford, GA, died suddenly on Thursday, September 8, 2016.  A Memorial Service will be held Monday, September 12, 2016 at 6:30 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel.  The family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to The American Heart Association at www.heart.org  Mr. Swietlik was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Swietlik and brother, Donald S. Swietlik.  Frank is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Thomas and husband Michael, Arlington, TX, Emily Milling and husband Rives, Arlington, TX; Grandchildren, Sophia Thomas, Ethan Thomas, Zoe Thomas, Madeline Milling, Russell Milling; Father, Francis X. Swietlik, II, Wauwatosa, WI; Sisters, Ann Stark and husband James, Wauwatosa, WI, Mary Vossekuil, Lexington, KY; Sister In-law, Barbara Swietlik, Sauk City, WI; Nieces, Samantha Stark, Wauwatosa, WI, Lily Vossekuil, Lexington, KY; Nephews, Jonathon Vossekuil, Lexington, KY, Joseph Swietlik, Waukesha, WI, Matthew Swietlik, Milwaukee, WI, David Swietlik, Sauk City, WI.
