James T. "Billy" Grindle

Mr. James T. “Billy” Grindle, of Forsyth County, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016.  He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church.  Mr. Grindle was preceded in death by his wife Martha Sue Grindle; father and mother Carl and Azzilee Grindle; sisters Irnee Hughes, Marie Mincey, and Kathleen Hughes. 

He is survived by his children, son and daughter-in-law Charles and Vickie Grindle; son Marvin Grindle; daughter and son-in-law Cindy and John Mashburn.  His grandchildren Marialice and husband Eric Hilt, Andrew and wife Jennifer Grindle, Samuel Mashburn, Katie and husband Aaron Kingry; Theodore Mashburn; and Marguerite Mashburn; his great grandchildren are Nevaeh Grindle and Annie Hilt.  He leaves behind a brother, Rayford and sister-in-law Janice Grindle. 

Funeral services will be held, Monday, October 3, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary English and Rev. Brody Hughes officiating.  Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive family and friends Sunday October 2nd from 4 – 8 p.m. and Monday 11- 2p.m.
