Richard John Sands

Richard John Sands, 87 of Cumming, GA, passed away on Wednesday January 19, 2017.

He was born in Medford, MA on July, 13, 1929 to John Anthony Sands and Eva Dolores Sands who have both predeceased him.

Richard is survived by his loving wife Ann Cole Sands, a daughter Gail Sands of Cumming, GA, a son Rick Sands of Marietta, GA, a daughter Leslie Bailey of Cumming, GA and a daughter Lee Strickland of Gainesville, GA as well as 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Funeral Mass will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church at 10:30am on Friday February 3, 2017 followed by interment at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA at 2pm.
