Charles Coy Chadwick

Charles Coy Chadwick, 78, of Cumming, GA passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Northside Hospital Forsyth, Cumming, GA.  He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, Cumming, GA. 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Jerry Ann Chadwick; daughter and son in law, Donna and Donnie Nichelson.

He is survived by his children, Delores and Tony Payne of Cumming, GA, Doug and Rhonda Chadwick of Cumming, GA and Danny and Suzanne Chadwick of Flowery Branch, GA; 3 sisters; 1 brother; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens, Cumming, GA.
