Albert M. Cavalier, age 75, of Dahlonega, GA, passed away on March 23, 2017.
Albert was born in Brooklyn NY on April 28, 1941. He had lived in Lumpkin County for the past ten years and was a former resident of Sugar Hill, GA, Ocala, FL and Miami Springs, FL. He was a real estate developer and also served as a policeman in Miami Springs, FL and a firefighter in Ocala, FL. He served his country in the U.S. Army and was of the Catholic faith.
Albert was the son of the late John and Helen Fischetti Cavalier.
Albert is survived b his wife of 47 years, "Trish" Cavalier, Dahlonega, GA; sons; Adam Cavalier, Lilburn, GA, David Cavalier and his fiancé, Jaylyn Baker, Mooresville, NC; daughter and son-in-law. Amber and Chip Spiler, Hoschton, GA; his twin brother, Alfred Cavalier, Ocala, FL; brother, John Cavalier, Miami Springs, FL; sister, Helen Grimes, Ocala, FL; grandchildren, Alexis Cavalier, Isabella Giordano, and Lilianna Giordano. A number of other relatives also survive.
A Celebration of Life Service for Albert is scheduled for 3 PM Sunday March 26, 2017 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 30 minutes prior to the service and immediately following the service.
