Willie Mae (Macy) Charles

Willie Mae (Macy) Charles, 94, a lifelong resident of Cumming passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017.  A member of Second Baptist Church, she is preceded in death by her husband, Pete Charles; a grandson, Mike Charles, and her parents, Tate and Genie Strayhorn.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Pete and Shirley Charles of Cumming; a grandson, Brian Charles; and 4 great grandchildren, Haley Charles, Mason Charles, Blaze Charles and Vince Hardy.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 13, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Shadburn officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will received friends at the funeral home Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
