David Robert Crain

Mr. David Robert Crain, age 66, of Gainesville passed away on Saturday April 22, 2017 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday April 25, 2017: at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Darryl Womack officiating. Interment will be in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday April 24, 2017 from 1:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Crain was born on February 25, 1951 in Gainesville, GA to the late Robert Ernest Crain and Mattie Bell Woodall Crain. He was a member of Montgomery Memorial Baptist Church.

Mr. Crain is survived by his wife, Maria H. Crain; daughters, Maria P. Crain Lopez, Donna R. Crain, Jessica C. Crain all of Gainesville; grandchildren, Noami Cristal Lopez, Natalie Sophia Lopez, Jayla Marie Lopez, Elizabeth Crain; brothers, Johnny Crain of Gainesville; Jerry Crain of Lula, Donald Crain of Gainesville; sister and brother in law, Donna Jean Townsend (Junior) of Gainesville and a number of nieces and nephews.
