Charles (C. B.) Barrett

Charles (C. B.) Barrett, age 59, of Cumming, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017. He was a member of Roanoke Baptist Church. C. B. was an avid sports fan and loved the Atlanta Braves. He was well known in the community and had a heart of gold. Everyone who knew him loved him. C. B. was a maintenance man for Webb and Associates for 20 plus years. He is preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Mary Jean Barrett Holbrook and Mack Holbrook; nephew Christopher Chavez; grandparents, Red and Estelle Barrett. 

Survivors include his sister’s and brother-in-law, Tracy and Keith Franklin of Gainesville, Stacey Holbrook Beasley of High Point, NC; nephew, Kyle Hanson (fiancée Amanda McGinnis) of Cumming; niece, Ally Beasley of Cumming; great nephew, Bret Hanson of Cumming.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 5^th at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Clark Watson and Rev. Carlton Coker officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Friday from 10:00 am until hour of the service.
