Rev. Carlos Lopez

Rev. Carlos Lopez, 64, of Gainesville, passed away June 8, 2017 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

          Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2017 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Reverend David Lopez will officiate. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday. June 9, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Rev. Lopez was born on Santa Ana El Salvador on January 21, 1953 to Jose Lopez and Irma Arevalo. Rev. Lopez worked for Akin Ford in the Sales department. He was the pastor of Rios de Agva Viva.

Rev. Lopez is survived by his wife, Sonia Lopez of Gainesville; daughters, Claudia Garcia of Social Circle, Deanna Rodriguez of Gainesville; son, Carlos Lopez, Jr of KY; mother, Irma Lopez; father, Jose Lopez; brother, Carlos Ernesto Lopez; sister, Rose Lopez; brothers, Steve Lopez, Oscar Lopez; sisters, Maria Uankum, Noemy Rebollar; brother, David Lopez; grandchildren, Adrian Garcia, Jr., Ashley Garcia, Chloe Rodriguez, Wyatt Lopez nieces and nephews, Jennifer, David, Taylor and Jose Lopez, Kristen and Brian Lopez, Joshua, Emmanuel, Kimberly and Juan Jr, Lopez, Brandon and Ketna Uankum, David Jr, Priscilla and Jan Carlos Lopez, Jonathan and Brittany Rebollar, Manuel, Walter Jr, Camille and Andres Caballero other relatives and friends.
