Teresa Hartzell

Teresa Hartzell, age 82 of Dahlonega passed away on June 13th, 2017 following a brief illness.  She was born in Philadelphia, PA and later moved to Boca Raton, FL where she was a long standing resident until moving to Dahlonega.  She lived in Dahlonega for the last 29 years.  She was a collector of collectibles and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Hartzell is preceded in death by her parents Francesco Altamari and Alvira Clausi Altamari and her loving husband John Hartzell.

Teresa is survived by her son Michael and wife Linda Hartzell of Marietta, GA, nieces Dorothy McNamee McCarthy of Philadelphia PA, Patricia McNamee Johnson of Springfield, PA; nephews Charles Ornsby of Philadelphia, PA and Ronald Ornsby of Philadelphia PA ; Joe Altamari and Bobby Altamari ; grandchildren Stephen (Jennifer) Rashkind Hartzell of Winston-Salem, NC, James Eric Hartzell of St. Petersburg, FL; great child Julian Asher Hartzell, numerous other friends and relatives also survive.

Graveside service will be held Saturday June 17, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Dahlonega Memorial Park Cemetery.  Family will receive friends from 11am until 1pm on Saturday at Dahlonega Funeral Home.
