Vladimir P. Burmay

Mr. Vladimir P. Burmay, age 77, of Jefferson passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at his residence, surrounded by his family.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 1, 2017 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home with interment at Memorial Park South Cemetery.  Pastor Vasily Shmigelsky will officiate.  The family will receive friends 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., Friday, June 30, 2017 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home.

Mr. Burmay was born September 4, 1939 to the late Peter & Maria Burmay in the Ukraine.  He was a member of the First Pentecostal Slavic Church and a retired Electrician.

Mr. Burmay is survived by his wife, Nadezda Burmay of Jefferson; sons, Ruslan Burmay of Lawrenceville and Alex Burmay of Ukraine; daughter & son-in-law, Ruslana & Edward Verenich of Jefferson; daughters, Luba Lukyanchuk and Luda Cherepushko both of Ukraine; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Mila Burmay of Ukraine; and several nieces & nephews.
