Jose Barraza

Mr. Jose Barraza, 82, of Gainesville passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at his residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 10, 2017 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Father Gerardo Ceballos will officiate. Interment will follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born on September 18, 1935, in Durango, Mexico, he was the son of the late Pedro Barraza and Corona Fernanda Morales.

Mr. Barraza is survived by his wife, Zoila Barraza; sons, Richardo Barraza, Jesus Barraza, Juan C. Barraza; daughters, Beatriz Barraza all of Gainesville, Lupe Barraza of cd Juarez, Mexico; son, Gonzalo Barraza of Tijuana, Mexico; daughter Ma Fernanda Barraza of cd Juarez, Mexico.
