Bryan Scott Mitchell

Bryan Scott Mitchell, age 42, of Jefferson passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017. Bryan was a Georgia Bulldog fan, he enjoyed working on cars and old trucks, had a passion for music and shooting pool.  He was a truck driver and known as “Tripod” on the CB radio. He loved his family, including his dog Bear.  He is survived by his wife Sharon Mitchell of Jefferson; father Kim Mitchell and wife Valerie of Oakwood; mother Mary Emerick of Monroe; son Tyler L. Mitchell of Jefferson; daughters Jennifer Wray and husband John of Pendergrass, Dixie Marie Mitchell and Christopher Hunt of Lawrenceville, Nicole Mitchell of Jefferson; brother Michael Morris of Oakwood; sisters Shannon Mitchell, Heather Morris both of Oakwood and Angie Reese of Cleveland; grandchildren Alexis and Aiden and a host of other relatives.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment to follow at the Hoschton City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday, August 7, 2017 at the funeral home.  Arrangements by  Lawson Funeral Home, 4532 Hwy 53, Hoschton, GA, 30548, Hoschton, GA, 30548, http://www.lawsonfuneralhome.org, 706-654-0966.
