Rose Thurmond

Rose Thurmond, 79, of Cumming passed away Monday, August 7, 2017.  Rose was a member of Cumming Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Thurmond, and her brother, Ted Theos.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Debra Bradley and Gary Gross; son and daughter-in-law, David and Terri Thurmond, all of Cumming; brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Cecelia Theos of Florida; sister, Tina Carr of Atlanta; a grandson, Brandon Thurmond; and a dear friend, Don Shirley.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 9, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Barry Crocker and Rev. Kieth Ashley officiating.  Interment will follow at Sawnee View Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
