Daisy Smith Gentry

Daisy Smith Gentry, age 78, of Buford, GA passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017. She is survived by her husband of sixty-one years, Elmo Willis Gentry, Buford, GA; children, Kathy and Michael Richter, Lawrenceville, GA, and Angel Gentry, Buford, GA; three grandchildren, Christopher Richter, Loganville, GA, Alan Richter, Loganville, GA, and Ryan Gentry, Buford, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and three great grandchildren. Mrs. Gentry was born April 15, 1939 in Crossville, Tennessee. She was a graduate of Homestead High School and was a homemaker. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home in Buford, GA with Rev. Gene Browning officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
