Sarah Jean McFarlin Kesler

Sarah Jean McFarlin Kesler, age 78 of Mize Road in Toccoa, Georgia passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at The Oaks at Scenic View in Baldwin, Ga. 

A daughter of the late Eugene and Lucy Dalrymple McFarlin, she was born July 14, 1939 in Carnesville, Georgia having lived most of her life in Stephens County, Georgia.  She was employed by Oxford Manufacturing for a number of years and was a member at New Bethel Baptist Church. Mrs. Kesler was preceded in death by her husband, Dwayne Kesler, a son, Anthony Kesler and by a sister Macie Carter.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Missy and James Andrews of Commerce, Ga., daughter-in-law, Susan Kesler of Toccoa, son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Becky Kesler of Toccoa, five grandchildren, Michael Pitts, Alex Andrews, Andrew Kesler, Justin Andrews, and Tyler Andrews, two great grandchildren, Emma Grace Andrews and Mason Andrews., brothers and sister-in-law, Sam and Brinda McFarlin of Danielsville, Ga, and Titus McFarlin of  Maiden, North Carolina, two sisters, Susie Payne and Becky Savage both of Toccoa. 

The funeral service will be Monday, September 4, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at The New Bethel Baptist Church with The Reverend Tony Byrd and The Reverend Dr. Tommy Childress officiating.

The following gentlemen have been selected to serve as pallbearers and will please assemble at the funeral home by 1:15 p.m. on Monday, Michael Pitts, Alex Andrews, Justin Andrews, Tyler Kesler, Andrew Kesler, Kendall Payne.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at The Acree-Davis Funeral Home from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday evening. 

Interment is in the New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with The Reverend Joey Stewart in charge of the Graveside Service.
