Thomas William Chastain

Thomas William Chastain, 30, of Dahlonega, GA died Monday September 18, 2017 following a brief illness. Thomas is survived by his parents Lynn and Lisa Puckett of Dahlonega. Sister Amanda Tobias and brother Jeramy Chastain. Maternal grandparents William and Jane Dowdle of Dahlonega. Aunt and Uncle Glenda and Sam Jenkins of Dahlonega, and Aunt Lydia Turner of Canton, GA. He is also survived by many loving cousins, and family members.

A lifelong resident of Dahlonega, Thomas enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends and family. He will be missed on the family fishing trips and his fishing pole will always stay ready.

Funeral Arrangements were held by Dahlonega Funeral home. Thomas was laid to rest on Friday September 22, 2017 at Siloam Church in Dahlonega.
