Tina Chance Stowers

Tina Chance Stowers, 87 of Marietta passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017.  Mrs. Stowers was a member of the Pendley Hills Civic Association, the Pendley Hills Neighborhood Watch, and the President of the PTA while her daughter attended school, she served as President  and Treasurer of the Pendley Hills Neighborhood Garden Club.  An avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, she was also a member of Midway Presbyterian Church in Decatur.  Mrs. Stowers is preceded in death by her sister, Rose Shelton and a nephew, Dwight Porter.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Michael McIntosh of Hampton, GA; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jason Hendrix, Joshua and Sarah Veal, Jason and Emma Veal; great grandchildren, Madeline Hendrix, Ava Hendrix, Nolan Veal, and Ella Veal; former husband and life-long friend, William Dean Stowers

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 28, at 2:00 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel.  Family and friends will gather at the funeral home Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
