Florene Daniel

Florene Daniel, age 83, of Cumming, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at her home in Cumming.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmitt Daniel and daughter, Peggy Sue Daniel. Born and raised in Cumming, Flo and her late husband Emmett owned and operated Daniels Grocery from 1970 until her retirement in 2015. Even after retiring Flo enjoyed spending time at the store.

Florene is survived by her daughter, Pamela Daniel, sister and brother-in-law, Lorene and H. E. Harrison; sister, Ruby Dean Gaddis; nephew, Randy Chambers; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 11th at 3:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with great nephew Rev. Dusty Holtzclaw and Rev. Dennis Bottoms officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Saturday from 12:00 noon until hour of the service.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Heartland Hospice and Visiting Angels care takers.
