Farrel Howard Martin

 Mr. Farrel Howard Martin, age 67 of Murrayville, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at his residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Chestatee Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Martin was born on March 29, 1950 in Spokane Washington to the late Ned and Paulene Rodolph Martin. He was retired as a self-employed painter owning Farrel’s Painting. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Mr. Martin is survived by his wife of 25 years, Janice Black Martin of Murrayville; brother and sister in law, Melvin Martin (Denise) of Gainesville; sister and brother in law, Polly Canning (Bob) of Monmouth, OR; brother and sister in law, Terry Martin (Kathy) of Graham, WA; brother in law, Wendell Black of Murrayville and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends
