Bobby Gene Hitchcock

Bobby Gene Hitchcock, age 82, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away Friday, November 17, 2017.  He was predeceased in death by his parents, William and Zelma Hitchcock.  Mr. Hitchcock is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Anne Gilmer Hitchcock; children, Cheryl and Scott Olson, Lawrenceville, GA and Steven and Cresha Cook, Alpharetta, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Garland and Susan Hitchcock, Suwanee, GA; and nieces and nephews. Mr. Hitchcock was born on July 25, 1935 in Dallas, GA.  He graduated from Smith High School in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Hitchcock was a veteran of the United States Army, and he was a retired carpenter from Dekalb County Public Works. Graveside services with military honors will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
