Virginia Ann Burgess

Virginia Ann Burgess, of Gainesville, GA passed away Monday, December 4, 2017 at her home following a battle of cancer.

She was born in Gainesville, GA on March 6, 1957 to William E. and Pearl Puckett and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Michael E. Burgess; sons, Jason DeSantis and Michael W. Burgess; granddaughters, Delaney DeSantis and Claudia Montelbano; daughter-in-law, Jacqueline DeSantis; and her remaining 3 siblings, Frances Brown, Jimmy Puckett, and Faye Collins.

She was preceded in death by 7 siblings, Della Holcomb, Frank Puckett, Betty Mctaggart, Susie Dodd, Ruby Benton, and Tommy Puckett.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for 12 Noon Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Springway Baptist Church in Gainesville, GA.
