Eddie J. Roberts

Eddie J. Roberts, age 66, of Suwanee, GA passed away Monday, December 25, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Frances Sells Roberts. Mr. Roberts is survived by his sisters, Linda Roberts Davis, Suwanee, GA and Hilda Roberts, Sugar Hill, GA; niece, Lindsey Daniel; nephew, Mitchell Davis; great nieces, Paige Christopher and Alaina Winters; aunt and uncle, Patsy and Ralph White, Stockbridge, GA; several cousins; and girlfriend, Donna Beard Outlar.

Mr. Roberts was born August 8, 1951 in Atlanta, GA. He was a 1969 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, and he attended Lanier Tech in Oakwood, GA, as well as Lookout Mountain School of Horseshoeing in Gadsden, AL. Mr. Roberts was a retired service manager from Billy Cain Ford Company. He also worked at Gene and Matt Ford, Jerry Brown Chevrolet, Gwinnett sales and service, Arrington and Blount Ford Company, Al Serra Ford Company in Alpharetta, also known as Team Ford at North Pointe.  Mr. Roberts also did horseshoeing, and he was of the Methodist faith.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 28 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and again from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
