Altonia Eason

Mrs. Altonia Eason age 77 of Demorest passed away on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday January 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery. Pastor Tommy Harris will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday January 18, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Altonia was born on February 19, 1940 in Baldwin, Georgia to the late Fred Jackson Loggins and Bertha V. Cook Loggins. She was a housewife and was a member of White Creek Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Eason is survived by her husband, Robert Eason of Demorest, daughter and son-in-law, Tracy Fregoso (Richard) of California, daughter, Kitten Hollis of Demorest, son and daughter-in-law, Fred R. Patton (Cathy) of Gainesville, 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, and sister, Connie Loggins Anderson McDougald Broom of Lula, special great niece, Delisa Hill.
