Edith Mae McDougald Martin, age 84, of Cumming, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Martin, Sr.; parents, Charles and Lora Cochran Childers; sisters, Marie Kent, Esther Chewning; brothers, John Henry Childers, Frank Childers, Benson Childers; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Sissy Henson McDougald; son-in-law, Kenneth Williams; granddaughter, Heather Williams.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Cloyce and Alice McDougald Willard, Deborah McDougald Williams, Travis and Tammy McDougald Bradley; sister, Edna and Delmar McDougald; grandchildren, Hank Page, Stephanie Peeler, Rachel Willard, Amy Willard, John McDougald, Randy McDougald, Clark Henson, Matthew Williams, Avery Holtzclaw, Austin Holtzclaw, Andrew Holtzclaw, Eric Bradley, Eli Bradley; great grandchildren, Dylan Page, Kara Page, Kristin Peeler, Hannah Peeler, Maddie Grace Gillespie, Jameson Holtzclaw, Keelan Holtzclaw; and several nieces nephews and close friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 21st at 4:00 pm at First Baptist Church Cumming with Rev. Brian Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Sunday from 2:00 pm until hour of the service.
