Imogene Greenway Standridge

Mrs. Imogene Greenway Standridge, age 76 of Gainesville, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Reverend Daniel Browning will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Standridge was born August 28, 1941 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Eddie Greenway and Genie Chester Greenway.  She was a homemaker and a member of Whitehall Baptist Church.  Imogene was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 47 years, Robert Standridge, her daughter, Nanci Darlene Parker, her siblings, Clara Mae Greenway, Elbert Greenway, Nellie Jones, Dolly Garrett and Paul Greenway.

Mrs. Standridge is survived by her sister, Francis Lablanc of Gainesville, her grandsons, Jamie Broome and T. J. Earls of Gainesville and a number of family friends and other relatives.
