Rose E. Echols Corbin, age 81, of Buford, GA passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Corbin; and son, Richard Corbin. Mrs. Corbin is survived by her children, Ronnie and Jill Corbin, Flowery Branch, GA, Tim Corbin, Danielsville, GA, and Sheila Corbin Mills, Buford, GA; six grandchildren, Kevin and Kari Corbin, Winder, GA, Katie Gowder, Flowery Branch, GA, Zack Corbin, Danielsville, GA, Nic Corbin, Danielsville, GA, Corbin Mills, Flowery Branch, GA, and Kendal Mills, Flowery Branch, GA; four great grandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Richard Black, Buford, GA, Carol Corbett, Monroe, GA, Lynn and Larry Shepherd, Loganville, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Acee Echols, Buford, GA, Mike and Donna Echols, Ellenwood, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law of the Corbin Family. Mrs. Corbin was born August 7, 1936 in Decatur, GA. She was a retired scales clerk from Martin Marietta Company in Auburn, GA and was of the Baptist faith. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Arthur Southerland officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
