George Michael “Mike” Chandler

Mr. George Michael “Mike” Chandler, age 68, of Nicholson, GA died Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at his residence.  Mr. Chandler was born in Athens to the late John Henry and Quilla Mae Bray Chandler.  He was retired from the city of Nicholson.

Mr. Chandler is survived by his wife, Linda Potts Chandler of Nicholson; children, Holly Ann Coffey of Duluth and Dusty Chandler of Nicholson; sister, Carol Walker (Sam) of Danielsville; brothers, Ronnie Crittendon of Simpsonville, SC and Danny Chandler (Darlene) of Winterville; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Saturday, March 3 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Stowers and Rev. Marty Smith officiating.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday night from 6 to 8 PM.
