Sarah Layvonne Hill Belcher

Mrs. Sarah Layvonne Hill Belcher, age 62 of Athens died Friday, March 16, 2018 at Hill Haven Nursing Home.  Mrs. Belcher was born in Commerce to the late, Clifton B. and Sarah Etrulia Brewer Hill.  Mrs. Belcher was the office manager at Hill Haven Nursing Home and was of the Baptist Faith.

Mrs. Belcher is survived by her son, Isaac Ward (Brandy) of Athens; grandchildren, Gracie and Bailey Ward; brother, Cliff Hill (Kathy); sisters, Lynn Blackmon (Ronnie) of Elberton and Myra Smith (Smitty) of Maysville; number of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, March 18^th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Phil Parks officiating with the interment following at the Hill Family cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 1-2 PM.  The family will also receive friends at the home of Cliff Hill.
