Pamela Marie Irvin, age 61 of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018.
Mrs. Irvin was born on February 10, 1957, in Lumpkin County, to Margaret Taylor Dorsey and the late Harmon Dorsey. She was a teacher’s assistant at Chestatee Middle School and a member of Zion Interdenominational Church. Pam was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, who loved her family and loved her church. She was preceded in death by her father, Harmon Dorsey; father-in-law, Odell Irvin; sister, Patricia Ann Carlyle Pardue.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Irvin, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell and Jennifer Irvin, Demorest; daughter and son-in-law, Danette and Brad Holcombe, Clayton; grandchildren, Abby Irvin, Dannah Irvin, Krissa Cannon, Kasen Cannon, Kayla Talley, and Rave Holcombe; mother, Margaret Dorsey Smith, Cleveland; mother-in-law, Vionie Irvin, Demorest; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jeannie and Truitt Helton, Cleveland, Sherrill and Doug Dockery, Clarkesville, Lynn and Tony Hogan, Cleveland, Cindy and Marty Knight, Clarkesville; sister-in-law, Sheree and Stanley McDougald; nieces and nephews, Bryan and Tammy Carlyle, Ashley and Angie Helton, Kim Carlyle, Heath and Storie Allison, Jonathan and Katelan Knight, Justin and Katie McDougald, Samuel McDougald; special nephew, Tyler Hogan.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Zion Interdenominational Church. The Rev. Gary Heffner and the Rev. Tim Burpee will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.
