Linda Dianne Tompkins, age 72 of Commerce, GA passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at her residence.
Born on September 18, 1945 in Athens, GA, she was the daughter of the late Henry Bingham and Vivian Youngblood Reese. She was the widow of George Tompkins, a homemaker, of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by a son, Gary Lewis Free and a grandson, Levi Chambers.
Survivors include a son, Randall A. Martin, Commerce; daughters, Michelle Martin Chambers, Homer, Tracey Martin Morris, Cornelia, Kimberly Dianne Gossitt, Commerce; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 3 pm at Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 1213 Crossing Place, Commerce, GA.
Arrangements are in the care of Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, GA.
