Bobby Joe Hollis

Bobby Joe Hollis, age 62, of Gainesville, GA passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018. He is survived by his wife of thirty-four years, Willene Mayfield Hollis, Gainesville, GA; children, Ricky Justin and Kayla Tatun, Oakwood, Ga, Lowanda (Kenney Lewis) Hollis, Jefferson, GA, Anthony and Carol Tatum, Lula, GA, Allen James and Amy Hollis, Lula, GA, Dana Elaine Hollis, Gainesville, GA; grandson, Austin Tatum; nine great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Susan Hollis, Lula, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Eddile Tamburich, Cleveland, GA; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Betty and Dewwey Loving, Buford, GA, and Linda Hollis, Cleveland, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Mr. Hollis was born on November 9, 1955. He was a retired automobile mechanic and he was of the Baptist faith. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rusty Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford, GA. The family will receive friends fro m5:00 p.m. tunil 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 9.
