Linda Conyers

Linda D. Conyers, age 74 of Gainesville passed away Friday May 11, 2018

Mrs. Conyers was born in Worcester, Massachusetts to the late Douglas Duke Dean and Mable Thompson Dean. She was a school teacher having worked in Memphis, Tennessee and Jackson, Mississippi.  After her family moved to Gainesville in 1978 while completing her Master’s Degree from Brenau University, she also taught 6th grade at Gainesville Middle School until her retirement in 2000.

Survivors include husband, Dr. Gene Conyers, Gainesville and daughter, Haley Dean Conyers, San Francisco, CA.

Funeral services will be held later in the week in West Memphis, Arkansas.
