Charlotte Jean Stovall

Charlotte Jean Stovall, 77, of Gainesville passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, 2018 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Moon and Rev. Farrell Presley officiating. Interment will follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 18^th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family will also receive friends on Saturday, May 19^th from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Born on July 13, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Marion and Illa Bryant Hughes. She was retired from Piedmont Labs and was a member of East View Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Stovall is preceded in death by her husband, Herman Stovall.

Mrs. Stovall is survived by her daughter and son in law, Sheria Stovall O ’Brien and Frank of Gainesville; sons and daughters in law, Brian Stovall and Jane of Pendergrass, Steven Stovall and Rhonda of Murrayville; daughter and son in law, Cindy Fortner and Dwayne of Dahlonega; grandchildren, Travis Carter, Caleb Stovall and Marci, Kristen Stovall, Jonah Stovall, Maggie Stovall, Gracie Fortner; great grandchildren, Chase Stovall, Nova Stovall and a number of other relatives.
