Jerry Hulsey

Mr. Jerry Hulsey, age 95 of Gainesville, passed away on June 7, 2018. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 3:30 on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Drive, Gainesville, Georgia 30504.

Mr. Hulsey was born on May 5, 1923 to the late Claud Hulsey and the late Annie Forrester Hulsey in Gainesville, Georgia. He retired from General Motors. Mr. Hulsey served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a lifelong resident of Gainesville and of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Billy and Brenda Oliver; granddaughter and her husband Shasta and Josh Gundlach; great grandsons Sam and Jake Gundlach; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings Forrester, Bright, Tasker, Clinton, Quinton, Claud Jr., George K., Jewell, Mildred and Bobby Jean Hulsey.
