Delia Lorenzo Mendoza

Delia Lorenzo Mendoza, age 90, of Duluth, GA passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-eight years, Luis Mendoza. Mrs. Mendoza is survived by children, Caridad G. and Michael Lorenz, West Palm Beach, FL, Martha and Alan Jones, Duluth, GA, Luis Mendoza, Decatur, GA; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Isela Lorenzo, Cuba; brother, Balarmino Lorenzo, Cuba; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Mendoza was born on January 30, 1928 in Monquito, Cuba. She was a retired seamstress, and she was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Monica Catholic Church in Duluth, GA. interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1832 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 15 at the funeral home.
