Sarah Pettyjohn Turner

Sarah Pettyjohn Turner, age 76, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Richard E. Turner, Sugar Hill, GA; children, Melinda Reynolds, Sugar Hill, GA, Lamar and Shar Turner, Buford, GA, Steve and Mandy Turner, Cumming, GA, Fred and Shelley Turner, Canton, GA and Marcus and Tracy Turner, Sugar Hill, GA; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Turner was born March 28, 1942 in Alpharetta, GA. She received her education at Milton High School in Alpharetta, GA. She was a retired home cleaner. She was a member of Grace and Truth Revival Center in Dawsonville, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. at Grace and Truth Revival Center, 77 W.D. Moore Drive, Dawsonville, GA 30534, with Rev. Jimmy and Linda Manders officiating. The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10:30 a.m. Graveside service and interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Sugar Hill Cemetery in Sugar Hill, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
