Constance “Connie” Jahr Peters

Constance “Connie” Jahr Peters, 58, of Gainesville passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at her residence following a brief illness.

A Memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2018 in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on June 30th from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Born on May 15, 1960 in Detriot, MI she was the daughter of the late Wolfgang Jahr and of Erika Jahr. Mrs. Peters was retired from Hayes Wheels and a Christian.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Peters is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Jahr and the father of her children, William “Bill” Peters.

Mrs. Peters is survived by her mother, Erika Jahr of Commerce, MI; daughter, April Peters of Burton, MI; daughter and son in law, Hollie and William Pitt of Gainesville, GA; son, Travis Peters of Gainesville, GA; half-sister, Gabriella Jahr Darnsteadt of Germany; granddaughter, Hailey Pierce; grandson, Eric Pierce, Jr.; granddaughter, Brooklyn Pierce all of Burton, MI and numerous other supportive family and friends.
