Stephen Wayne Carter

Stephen Wayne Carter, age 61, of Sugar Hill, GA passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie C. and Edith Lewis Carter. He is survived by his sisters, Robin Pearson, Sugar Hill, GA and Karen Lynn Coats, Anaheim, CA; and brother, Bruce Gregory Carter and partner, Kevin, Cartersville, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Carter was born October 17, 1956 in Fayetteville, NC. He attended Henderson High School in Decatur, GA. He owned his own business in the early years of his life.

A Celebration of Life and visitation for family and friends of Stephen Wayne Carter will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Stateroom of Flanigan Funeral Home.
