Wanda Ann Hemrick Standridge

Mrs. Wanda Ann Hemrick Standridge, age 71 of 10 Mill Street, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Friday, July 13, 2018 at the Habersham Medical Center.

A daughter of the late John C. Hemrick, Sr. and Rosa Mae Earwood Hemrick, she was born January 12, 1947 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She worked as a Nurse’s Aid with Toccoa Nursing Center for a number of years. She was a very loving person touching the lives of many people. She attended Liberty Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grant Standridge, by three brothers, John Crawford Hemrick, Jr., Leland Hemrick and Charles Hemrick and by one sister, Melba Rosemary Hemrick.

Survivors include her brother, Harry Hemrick of Toccoa; sister, Beverly Hemrick of South Elgin, Illinois; several friends and neighbors.

Memorial services will be Thursday, July 19, 2018, 2 O’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Albert Hudson officiating.
