Gerald Herbert Grigg, 69 of Anderson, SC, passed away Monday, September 10th, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born January 17th, 1949 in Cherryville, NC, Mr. Grigg was the son of the late Terrance and Louise Eaker Grigg. He was of the Baptist faith, and retired from the State of North Carolina as a tax auditor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Grigg.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Parson Grigg of Anderson, SC; step-son, Randall Glenn Dalton of Greenville, SC; step-daughter, Teresa “Terri” Dalton Little, of Simpsonville, SC; and 2 grandchildren, Misty Dawn Rivers and Stephen Dalton Little.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 12th at 2:00PM at Temple Baptist Church in Homer, GA with Rev. Jason Arrowood officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00PM on Tuesday, September 11th.
