Aaron Joseph Haggard

Aaron Joseph Haggard, age 80 of Danielsville, GA passed away Monday, Sept. 10, 2018.

Born on June 14, 1938 in Danielsville, GA, he was the son of the late Sam and Reecie Allen Haggard. He was a self employed brick mason, of the Baptist faith, and is preceded in death by brothers, Charles Haggard, Roy Haggard and Ted Haggard; sister, Helen Haynes; and step-daughter, Teressa Reed.

Survivors include his wife of fifty three years, Carolyn Haggard of the residence; daughter, Nita Haggard; step-daughter, Lisa (Jason) Hill; Tommy Lord, Donna Dalton, Angie Hooper; grandchildren, Jessica Latimer, Heather (Pedro) Cayuela, Christa Harrison; great-grandchildren, Austin Latimer, Tyler Harris, Elaina Harrison, Sawyer Cayuela, Blakely Cayuela; brothers, Allan (Carol) Haggard, Harvey Joe (Lucy) Haggard, Mitchell (Patricia) Haggard; sisters, Jackie Reed, Mona (John) Wagner; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Dyer officiating. Burial will follow in Galilee Holiness Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10 am until time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
