Angela Cavuoto Shallis

Angela Cavuoto Shallis, age 62, of Suwanee, GA passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael Cavuoto and Anna Cavulto; and brothers, Thomas Cavuoto and Donato Cavuoto.  She is survived by her husband of thirty-two years, James R. Shallis, Jr., Suwanee, GA; children, Brianna Shallis, Boston, MA and Christina Shallis, Suwanee, GA; brother, Michael Cavuoto,Jr.,  Wall, NJ; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Shallis was born December 10, 1955 in Astoria Queens, NY. She was a 1973 graduate of Bayonne high school in Bayonne, NJ  and a 1977 graduate of St. Peter’s University in Jersey City, NJ with a Bachelor’s Degree. She was a former school teacher and a homemaker. She was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Johns Creek, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass and interment will be held at St. Raymond’s Cemetery in Bronx, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation in memory of Angela Cavuoto Shallis
