Jimmy Wayne Justice

Mr. Jimmy Wayne Justice, age 48 of Crabapple Road, Dahlonega, Georgia passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A son of Joan Gibbs Justice and the late James Donald Justice, he was born November 22, 1970 in Habersham County, Georgia having lived most of his life in Stephens County. He was employed as a cook in the restaurant business. He loved his family and friends and his pets. He was always out to help others. He loved the outdoors and loved baking. He was of the Holiness faith. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Luther and Jeannett Justice and by a brother, Donald Wayne Justice.

Survivors include his mother, Joan Gibbs Justice of Fitzgerald, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and Werner Gomez of Toccoa; brothers and sisters-in-law, Andrew and Christina Justice of Fitzgerald, Georgia and Matthew and Barbara Justice of Enterprise, Alabama, Edward and Gretta Weaver of Toccoa; two nieces, nephew, five great-nieces and two great-nephews.
