Clyde Demory, was born in Gainesville, Georgia on April 29, 1932 to the late Scott and Julia (Jackson) Demory. A graduate of the ManPower Development Center, he worked his way up to become a USDA Inspector until his retirement. He married the late Faydell (Cantrell) Demory and from this union he had three daughters, Reverend Julia Demory, Mary L. Demory, and Doris (Demory) Maynard, and one grandson Mark (Maynard) Maynard-Cabrera. beloved sister, Grace Mahaffey and sister-in-law, Lillie Cantrell. Clyde leaves treasured memories with a host of loved ones and community members.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 705 Summit Street, Gainesville, GA 30501 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 at St. Paul United Methodist Church between the hours of 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Professional Services Entrusted to Wimberly Funeral Home.
